Ask yourself these questions:

1) Are you forgetting appointments, writing your blog, paying bills?

2) Are you finding yourself spending way too much time searching for lost emails and/or documents?

3)  Putting administrative tasks to the side to do later?

4)  Not spending enough time with family and friends?

Did you answer ‘yes’ to all or a few? It may be time to consider outsourcing to a Virtual Assistant.

You have to remember we can’t do it all and still be successful.  Especially these tasks listed above.  We can’t let our clients wait around while you search for an email or document and we especially can’t put these tasks to the way side.  The pile will get way too high.

Family and friends are important to our lives as well.  They help us come down to earth when we get stressed or worried over something in our business.  They give us a break to walk away and come back fresh, too.

Also remember DON’T rush in finding a Virtual Assistant (I’ll have another blog on this tomorrow).
